Nasal and Sinus Surgeries

Rhinoplasty is a surgery done to shape the nose differently. People who feel unhappy with their nose’s look or have trouble breathing properly might need this surgery. It helps in improving how the nose looks and works.

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) is used to fix blocked sinuses. If you often get sinus infections or have sinus pain and medicine isn’t helping, this surgery can clear the passages and help you breathe easier.

These procedures involve resizing the turbinates, which are small structures inside your nose that clean and humidify the air you breathe. If they’re too large, they can block airflow, so surgery helps reduce their size and relieve congestion.”

Pediatric ENT

Deafness by birth may need evaluation of hearing threshold of your child which needs early detection and treatment. Moreover children frequently develop fluid in the ear which needs to be treated medically or surgically.

Myringotomy with Grommet insertion is a procedure where a small cut is made in the ear drum to drain fluid. This is common in kids who have frequent ear infections or hearing issues due to fluid buildup. The grommets help keep the ear dry.

Ear and Hearing Surgeries

These surgeries are done to fix damaged parts of the middle ear, which can affect hearing. Myringoplasty repairs the eardrum, Ossiculoplasty fixes the small bones inside the ear, and Tympanoplasty addresses both issues.

Treatment for chronic ear infections is usually done with the help of meticulous cleaning and antibiotics but it might involve surgery like a Mastoidectomy in which we remove infected parts of the bone behind the ear. This helps stop infections from coming back and improves hearing.

Throat and Voice Surgeries

Thyroid and Neck Surgeries

Thyroid Surgery might be needed if you have an enlarged one or both lobes of the thyroid gland or if you have single or multiple nodules. These nodules may be simple but at times it is cancer of thyroid. If it isn’t removed well in time, it may spread to different parts of the body. At times there is no visible nodule or cancer and it may cause hoarsness which may be the only symptom. If thyroid cancer invades your wind pipe or food pipe, you may have bleeding from your throat.
